Ryan slid himself into the pool, thankfully the water wasnt that cold, he wasnt exactly the worlds strongest swimmer, but he could keep himself above the water well enough, he followed after her. "Ya know, its not going to be that hard...its not that big of a pool!"

"Oh I know it's not. But do you really think that your a better swimmer than I? We shall find out I guess." she said as she dove under the water. She had no idea where this was going but she wasn't really thinking right now anyway. She dove to the bottom of the pool and stayed there. She was positive that she could hold her breath for two minutes without having to come up. And that was exactly what she planned to do. Maybe he'd think that she drowned.

He watched her dissapear under the water, and smirked. She surely couldnt stay down there forever, and that would leave her vulnerable to be "caught" as soon as she surfaced. Besides that, he was sure she could out swim him, he was not by any means a strong swimmer.

Arianna could feel her heart beating in her head. If she held on any longer she might as well be a dead girl. Arianna did not want to give up but what choice did she have? She wasn't going to drown herself down here. So slowly but surely Arianna swam up to the surface. She broke the surface and gasped for air. Damn that was a long time for him to wait. "No fair. You cornered me!" she said. She swam to the side of the pool and stayed there.

Ryan playfully splashed at her, and smirked. "Hey...no one told you to sit down on the bottom did they?" He joined her over at the pool side. "Besides, Im a natural born winner" he rolled his eyes as he was clearly not, and laughed at himself.

Nick pushed open the door with his free hand, his other holding the cell phone with which he had been arguing with for the past few minutes. "Yes, Melinda, just make sure the twins get to bed on time," he said, stepping dangerously close to the pool. His mind buzzed as his hand snapped the cell phone shut after the most recent acounter of the babysitter, a last minute choice for his four year old angels, a choice he was currently regretting. He changed quickly, before diving expertly into the cool, pool water, his tiny swimming shorts showing his lean muscles. He swam a few quick laps, in theory swimming away from the problems that arrived after the divorce. He slowed doing a back stroke by the side when he bumped into two people in the water. He floated leisurely."Sorry,"he said with a friendly smile, using on ehand to wipe the water off of his face.
